How do I join Psychic Elements? How long is the process?
The first step is to fill out our online application. Upon submission, we can usually get back to you within 2 business days to schedule a short interview. After your interview, we'll schedule two test readings with our experienced evaluators that you will need to pass to move forward. If we offer you a position on reading with us, the last step is to pass a background check (we do not check your credit). All in all, depending on your availability, it takes about a week.
What abilities and skills are you looking for?
Candidates should be naturally gifted and at ease with their gifts, and able to provide their clients insightful readings with accuracy over the phone. We are looking for confident no tool readers (clairvoyants, mediums, channelers) as well as practitioners who use divination tools such as tarot, angel cards, oracle cards, crystals, runes, akashic records, etc.
The most important ability for us is an open and caring attitude that connects you to our clients.
What type of experience do I need?
Having worked as a phone psychic previously is definitely a plus, it is not a requirement. We understand that everyone comes to understand their gifts in their own time. Talent and integrity are the key traits we're looking for, and can work with less experienced psychics on developing their phone presence.
How much money can I make?
The amount you can make truly depends on how many hours you spend available to our customers on our service, and we offer an innovative payment system that takes into account schedule adherence and availability, minutes spoken with customers, and post-reading satisfaction (which is big!). There are also other bonuses available that makes working with Psychic Elements exciting, fun and lucrative.
I just got accepted! What happens now?
Congratulations! We'll contact you and send you your welcome package and set up a time to go over your contract and any questions you may have about getting started. We'll set up your account, and get you logged in. We'll go over how scheduling, payment, and other processes work. We will also work with you on perfecting your psychic bio page, photo, and phone greetings. Our psychic support staff is available 24 hours a day to help regarding any issues you may encounter.
Can I work for another psychic service as well as Psychic Elements?
Yes! In fact, many of our readers work with multiple psychic services and enjoy the freedom we offer to maximize their down time.
What equipment is required to work on the line?
A telephone land line and, computer, and hi-speed internet access is preferred but you can be a reader with us with as little as a reliable mobile phone as long as the client's experience is not affected adversely by it.
Do you require me to use my real name and photo?
You will create a name that you will use exclusively for Psychic Elements, and it cannot be any form of your real name. This is for your privacy.
A professionally shot, personal photo is the best and we've found that our psychics who use these do the best on our service, but we understand that not everyone can use their own photos on our site. We can make an exception and use a stock photo under certain conditions.
Do you conduct a background check?
If you are offered a position on our service, then we do require that you pass a criminal background check at that point, as well as a social security name check. We do not check your credit or credit score.
Do I have to be a US citizen to be a psychic advisor for Psychic Elements?
Yes. At this time, only psychics located in the United States are eligible for employment with Psychic Elements. If you are a psychic outside of the United States, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you when this changes.
How many hours a week am I expected to work?
As an independent contractor you are not obligated to work any set amount of hours, but to maximize your bonuses and traffic we suggest 10-25 hours a week. Quality is more important than quantity, and we understand "psychic burn-out" and work with you to make sure that you choose a schedule that serves you the best.
How does payment work?
Our psychic advisors are paid every Friday by either check or direct deposit.
How does Psychic Elements promote and advertise their advisors?
We understand that your uniqueness is the key to your abilities, so we accentuate it! You are the heart of the company, and we look at each psychic as a star. We've designed our site with connecting the right client to the right psychic in the center of it, and have a search and filter feature that makes it easy for someone seeking your gifts to find you. We make sure each psychic is differentiated in their own special way. We also feature available psychics on high traffic pages, and proactively market our business to bring a steady stream of traffic so you only have to answer your calls.
How can I get more calls and customers?
The best way to get more calls and customers is to provide as much availability as you can. The psychics with the most time available with us develop the relationships with their clients that develops into repeat business, better ratings, and higher rankings.
